Standalone card readers are high-security devices suitable for controlling almost any access point. Their major advantage is that, beyond card identification, they can independently control door locks, eliminating the need for a separate door control panel in the system. Their installation and use are extremely simple.
S7-BT is an outdoor standalone card reader, a specialized version of the popular S7-EM model, now equipped with Bluetooth communication. It can be programmed with its dedicated remote control, but users can also be added or removed using a master card. While it primarily functions as a card reader, it can manage entry codes when connected to a keypad auxiliary reader.
Through Bluetooth, the device connects to the Tuya app, and with a WiFi bridge, it can be upgraded to WiFi capability, allowing for remote management and logging.
The package includes the reader, a remote control for programming, a master card, two screws with anchors for surface mounting, a diode for lock wiring, and a Torx key for removing the backplate.
