Application Data

Applications submitted to YLI SIKMAGNESEK KFT are stored in electronic and printed form until the position is filled. Personal data provided during this process is not stored in any other database, only in the format sent by the applicant.

Employee Personal Data

We store employees' personal information and necessary contact details, including:

• Name
• Place and date of birth
• Mother’s name
• Personal ID number
• Home address
• Tax number
• Social security number
• Bank account number

These data are stored both electronically and in printed form. Access is granted only to employees for whom it is absolutely necessary.

Partner Data

Registered Clients

In addition to company data, we request the following during registration:

• Financial contact name
• Financial contact phone number
• Financial contact email
• Procurement contact name
• Procurement contact phone number
• Procurement contact email
• Receiving contact name
• Receiving contact phone number
• Receiving contact photo ID number

This information is stored in our ERP system (hereinafter: ION). Access is granted only to employees who require it for daily operations. The list of such employees is included in Appendix 1 of the Privacy Notice.

Registered Suppliers

No personal data is stored for registered suppliers.

Other Stored Data

Security Camera Recordings

Our company site is monitored by a security camera system for property protection. Cameras cover the showroom, warehouse entrance, and the exterior of the Hölgy street site. Data is stored in a closed system and only authorized personnel may access recordings to hand over to authorities. This access is detailed in Appendix 2 of the Privacy Notice.

Forwarded Data

Forwarded Employment Data

Employee data is forwarded to our accounting firm. Details are outlined in the Joint Data Controller Agreement, Appendix 3 of the Privacy Notice.

Forwarded Partner Data

ERP Developers

Our ERP system developers have continuous access for support purposes and can see all client data. This is governed by the Joint Data Controller Agreement in Appendix 4 of the Privacy Notice.

Courier Services

We use an external courier service for deliveries. We forward the recipient’s name, address, email, and phone number. This is regulated by the Compliance Declaration (Appendix 5) and GLS Hungary's Terms (Appendix 6) of the Privacy Notice.

Other Forwarded Data

No other stored data is forwarded to third parties.

Newsletters

Newsletter Consent

We send regular newsletters, including price list updates, to registered partners. Consent is collected via our website.

Newsletter Management

We use a GPL-licensed application for mailing. Stored data includes:

• Partner company name
• Contact person’s full name
• Contact person’s email

Protection of these data is described in Appendix 7 of the Privacy Notice (Public Policy document in English).

Data Deletion

Employment Data

Application Materials

Job applications are automatically deleted within 30 days of position fulfillment or within 3 working days upon request.

Employee Records

Stored for up to 50 years post-employment. Upon request, data is deleted within 30 days after the legally required period.

Partner Data

Contact data of clients is automatically deleted 2 years after the last purchase or within 30 days of a deletion request.

Other Data

Camera recordings are stored for 72 hours. Older footage is automatically deleted unless extracted due to incidents. Once submitted to authorities, footage is deleted.

Final Provisions

We take the protection of personal data seriously. We delete any non-legally protected data upon written request sent to adat@yli.hu.
