Warranty Conditions and Information

Our company provides a minimum of 12 months service warranty for all products we distribute, in accordance with current legislation.

Warranty Service Process

By law, the service center must inspect the reported faulty product within 15 days and inform the customer about the cause of the fault and the estimated repair time. If no special or made-to-order component is required, the repair must be completed within 5 business days.

In practice, our inspection time is typically 1–2 business days, and if the issue can be resolved with a stock component, the repair is usually completed quickly.

Warranty Defects and Exclusions

Warranty covers material or manufacturing defects. Malfunctions caused by improper installation, unprofessional handling, or unsuitable environmental conditions are not covered under warranty.

Water and Fire Resistance Warranty

  • Water Resistance: We offer water resistance warranty only for products with IP68 rating. Products with lower IP ratings are not eligible for warranty repairs due to water damage.
  • Fire Resistance: Fire resistance warranty is only provided for certified products.

Installation Requirements

All our security technology products require professional installation and technical expertise. This is especially important for 230V mains-powered devices, which must be installed exclusively by a certified electrician.

Replacement Warranty

We offer replacement under the following two circumstances:

  • Three-time identical failure: If a product is returned three times for the same defect during the warranty period, we will replace it on the third occasion.
  • At our discretion: If the service center deems replacement more economical or faster, the product may be replaced without prior approval.

General Warranty Periods

  • General products: 12 months
  • Electromagnetic locks: 36 months
  • DORCAS electric strike plates: 36 months (excluding wear and tear)
  • Semi-automatic turnstiles: 24 months

The warranty period is automatically extended by the duration of service, as required by law.

Special Provisions

Some of our products come with a warranty seal sticker. Warranty is valid only if the sticker remains intact. If the sticker is removed or damaged, we cannot accept the warranty claim.
