SK-8EM-W-TY - Waterproof (IP68), WiFi standalone card reader & code lock - EM
The SK-8EM-W-TY is the WiFi version of the famous SK-8EM-W(V1). Its IP66 rating and vandal-proof metal housing make it suitable for outdoor installation.
If that wasn't enough, the device is enhanced by a mobile app developed by Tuya, which opens up a wide range of possibilities. Through WiFi, the device can:
- Be remotely unlocked and configured;
- Set codes remotely, including time-limited or single-use PINs;
- Be integrated into a smart home system;
- Be logged without any wired connection.
The device's door sensor detection can be freely turned on or off. Ensure this function is only enabled when necessary and when a door sensor is in use. If activated without a sensor, the input might trigger accidentally, causing the device to send a false tampering alarm (anti-prying alarm) in the app.
