Wiegand proximity auxiliary readers are suitable devices for complementing high-security access control systems. The Wiegand standard is extremely simple, allows cabling up to 50 meters, and is one of the most widespread interfaces in access control systems.
S3-RX is a Wiegand auxiliary reader with aesthetic plastic housing, and 26~37-bit communication, capable of reading 125 kHz EM and HID as well as 13.56 MHz MIFARE cards. It features LED feedback and a buzzer. Ideal solution for complementing almost any small or large access control or time & attendance system. Thanks to its IP66 rating, it is also a suitable for outdoor use.
