Standalone card readers are high-security devices suitable for controlling almost any access point. Their major advantage is that, beyond card identification, they can independently control door locks, eliminating the need for a separate door control panel in the system. Their installation and use are extremely simple.
K5-C is an outdoor, vandal-proof standalone code lock, ideal for locations where a simpler, lower-security access control solution is sufficient. Programming is done directly from its keyboard. The device also features a guest code function, allowing for codes that are valid only for a single use and then automatically expire.
The package includes the code lock, two screws with wall plugs for surface mounting, a diode for lock connection, and a Torx key for removing the backplate.
