SK2-EM/MF - Drip-proof (IP66) standalone card reader & code lock - EM/MF

Standalone card readers are high-security devices suitable for controlling almost any access point. Their major advantage is that, beyond card identification, they can independently control door locks, eliminating the need for a separate door control panel in the system. Their installation and use are extremely simple.

SK2-EM/MF is an aesthetically designed standalone card reader and code lock with a sleek black plastic housing. Thanks to its combined antenna, it is capable of reading both 125 kHz EM and 13.56 MHz MIFARE cards. With its IP66 rating, it can be installed outdoors and features LED and buzzer feedback.

Programming is done through its own keypad, but user enrollment or deletion can also be managed using a master card, eliminating the need for complex menu navigation.

Its Wiegand input and output allow it to manage auxiliary readers and it can also function as an auxiliary reader itself when connected to another SK2 or any other Wiegand-compatible controller as a slave device. User data transfer to another compatible device can also be achieved via the Wiegand connection. Its versatile functions are further enhanced by the option to build an interlock system.
