Shear-lock magnetic lock with monitoring - 1200kg

Electromagnetic locks (flat magnets) provide an ideal solution for all types of doors. These locks are vandal-proof, do not contain moving mechanical parts, thus can be operated safely in the long term. Installation is simple and can be securely mounted in various ways using mounting brackets. Shear-Lock locks are flat magnets that hold against shear forces (forces acting parallel to the surface). With their help, significant holding force can be achieved, even with a small lock.

The YES-1200 is an electromagnetic Shear-lock with a holding force of 1200kgf (parallel to the surface), designed for surface mount and operates with 12/24 V DC. Provided with LED, lock and door status (NO-NC-COM) indication. It is iIdeal for ensuring the secure closure of precisely fitting solid doors.

After the closed position is detected, the re-locking delay can be adjusted using a potentiometer between approximately 0.5 and 25 seconds. By connecting an LED, visual feedback can be provided on the surface of the door frame.

WARNING! Electromagnetic locks must be installed in an internal, so called protected environment, so that unauthorized individuals cannot access either the attachment points or the wires.
