Flush-mounted electromagnetic lock - 60kgf

Electromagnetic locks (flat magnets) provide an ideal solution for all types of doors. These locks are vandal-proof, do not contain moving mechanical parts, thus can be operated safely in the long term. Their installation is simple, and they can be securely mounted in various ways with the help of mounting brackets.

The YM-60M is an electromagnetic lock with a holding force of 60kgf, designed for flush mount and operates with 12 V DC. It is ideal for securing the closure of small-sized windows and cabinets.

This electromagnet does not contain freely accessible electronics, so although it does not have a specified IPXX rating, it can be installed outdoors with waterproof connector and wiring.

WARNING! This electromagnetic lock is not suitable for securing doors due to its low holding force. For small/normal-sized doors, it is recommended to choose a magnet with at least a 180kgf holding force. The installation of the flat magnet should always take place in an internal, so called protected environment, so that unauthorized individuals cannot access either the attachment points or the wires.
