DORCAS is a Spanish manufacturer with an extremely wide range of products, offering high-quality electric locks. The DORCAS-SW-99 series comprises DORCAS's waterproof (IP68), low-profile, narrow strikes with radial latch, making them ideal for narrow door frames. The device operates in a fail-secure mode, meaning it requires power to unlock. The device features an IP68 protection rating. Based on available tests, when submerged in water at a depth of 1.5 meters for 3 hours, it retained its functionality. The device is available with a 250 mm long cable, designed for connection in a way that maintains its IP68 protection rating. ATTENTION! The device only achieves the IP68 protection rating when placed under voltage with the factory cable. Connect the cable only once with great care, ensuring that the two connector pins are not damaged. MAINTENANCE! Regular inspection of the mechanics of electric strikes (refreshing lubrication) is necessary to ensure optimal operation. |
