DORCAS is a Spanish manufacturer with an extremely wide range of products, offering high-quality electric locks. The DORCAS-41 series encompasses DORCAS's narrow, low-profile, radial latch electric strike locks. Due to its mini size, it's ideal for narrow door frames. The device operates in a fail-safe mode, meaning it requires power to be locked. Installation is recommended for plastic doors. DORCAS electric strikes should always be installed indoors, in a place well protected from rain. If you are looking for an electric strike suitable for outdoor installation, the waterproof series models are the right choice. ATTENTION! Due to their operation, electric strikes with internal memory (Aa) can only be safely controlled with a pulse signal (<1s). If the door is actually opened and closed before the signal ends, the memory will remember the opening after the signal interruption, allowing entry even though the door has already been exited. MAINTENANCE! Regular inspection of the mechanics of electric strikes (refreshing lubrication) is necessary to ensure optimal operation. |
