Surface-mounted electromagnetic lock - 180kgf

Electromagnetic locks (flat magnets) provide an ideal solution for all types of doors. These locks are vandal-proof, do not contain moving mechanical parts, thus can be operated safely in the long term. Their installation is simple, and they can be securely mounted in various ways with the help of mounting brackets.

The YM-180N is an electromagnetic lock with a holding force of 180kgf, designed for surface mount and operates with 12/24 V DC. It is ideal for securing the closure of small-sized doors and outdoor small gates.

This electromagnet does not contain freely accessible electronics, so although it does not have a specified IPXX rating, it can be installed outdoors with waterproof connector and wiring.

WARNING! Electromagnetic locks must be installed in an internal, so called protected environment, so that unauthorized individuals cannot access either the attachment points or the wires.
